A local optometrist, raised in Conrad, MT.
Dr. "Jake" Gouchenour is back in northern Montana serving the people of Great Falls. A 2025 graduate of the Kentucky College of Optometry, Jake blends rigorous academics with a passion for community-focused care.
After earning his degree in Exercise Science from BYU and Dean's List honors in medical school, he brings a "whole-body" perspective to every exam, so you leave well-informed and genuinely cared for.
